Responsibilities:

  • To understand and promote Connected Commerce service to every customer to deliver our Service Promise - Making Every Customer Feel Great, including, building rapport, understanding the customers’ needs and being proactive to anticipate and deliver service above and beyond the customer’s expectation to achieve the agreed individual monthly sales targets.
  • To capture all key data from customers to build client database for clienteling purposes and identify sales opportunities to meet the agreed sales target.
  • To be able to provide the customer with fashion trends and product information that will enable them to make an informed decision about the item they wish to purchase
  • To ensure that all sales are followed up with after sales service activities such as reserve, gift wrapping, dispatch and delivery, concierge service every time  
  • To ensure daily standards are maintained at all times and ensure stock is continually replenished to ensure a full range of items are available for the customer
  • To perform other duties if required based on business needs.
  • To handle document to view every contact as a potential sales opportunity and communicate with customers whether through telephone call and/or instant messaging and/or direct message on social media.
  • To follow company service guidelines to provide professional pre and post sales service to customers
  • To take every opportunity to resolve customer enquiries and comments by investigating the root source of the issue; identify solutions to enhance customer experience
  • To identify cross-sell opportunities and customer relationship building to improve overall sales

 

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate the latest fashion trends and product information to customers
  • Able to communicate confidently the unique selling points and the features and benefits of the product
  • Experience in retail industry is highly preferred
  • A minimum of one year experience in retail sales gained from fashion retail
  • S1 (BA) or above
  • Familiar with cashiering function is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
  • Strong sense of customer orientation with good problem-solving abilities, attention to details, pleasant and out-going personality
  • Excellent command in Bahasa and English
  • Good telephone, instant messaging and e-mail etiquette. Good communications skills, presentable with service-oriented mindset.
Brand Account Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy includes the setting of styles guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
  2. Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
  3. Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
  4. Analyse sales forecasts, competitor, and customer insights.
  5. In-charge of daily operational at store including sales report, stocks, visual merchandising, etc.

Sales Advisor

Requirements:

  1. Maximum 30 years old.
  2. Minimum high school/diploma.
  3. Proven experience working as a sales advisor.
  4. At least 3 years working experiences as Sales Associate or Cashier in Sales Store, preferably from retail industry
  5. Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
  6. Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring that product shelves are well-arranged and adequately stocked with products.
  2. Handling all discounts, price changes, and customer returns accordingly.
  3. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store products to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed.
  4. Assisting customers in locating requested store products.
  5. She will be responsible for sales target as well as maintain store cleanliness, tidiness all the time and ensure merchandising and store standard to achieve company's objective(s).
Visual Merchandiser / Styling VM

Requirements:

 

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum education S1 Interior Design/Fashion Design/Arts or similar
  • 3D modeling (sketch up, revit, etc.)
  • Preferably at least 1 year experience in the field of visual merchandiser
  • Willing to be mobile store to store
  • Have creative ideas and concepts
  • Active and able to work with detail and meticulous
  • Can use MAC and Windows software

 

Responsibility :

  • To ensure plans for all visual presentation and display in stores are fully understood before implementation
  • To assist with the planning and implementation of remerchandising collections, re-dressing and styling programs for mannequin, room sets, in-store highlights, floor presentation and product placement and to ensure that the visual team are consistent in providing exceptional presentations for all departments
  • To establish and implement the correct merchandise presentation for different area, example : Fashion/Lifestyle business units
  • To ensure that the quality of work is consistent and reaches an international standard with a high level of creativity and flair
  • To upkeep the maintenance of all visual tools/mannequins/props to
  • Control workers at night - morning (possibility)
  • Retail props designer ; be able to source
  • Graphic design (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
  • To communicate on a regular basis with the Store Manager on all visual actions and supporting their request and sale performance
  • To work closely in all stores and with Sales and Operations team (SNO) obtaining feedback on current initiatives and visual merchandising activities and communicate to the appropriate stakeholders
  • To assist on visual support for all store and office events and promotions as required
  • To work on all visual projects proactively highlighting any issues and concerns
  • To communicate regularly with the production team on all visual projects proactively highlighting any issues and request
