Jade Jakarta is a trading name of PT The Clothes, a company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. www.jade-jakarta.com is an online platform of the Jade Jakarta stores, (‘www.jade-jakarta.com and Jade Jakarta’/‘We’/‘our’/‘us’) provided for your personal use for the sale of clothing, accessories and other Items (‘Items’).
2. Making a purchase
When you order an Item from www.jade-jakarta.com you are agreeing to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. All prices stated are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All price conversions to other International currencies are only rough estimates, Jade Jakarta processes and collects all payments in Indonesian Rupiah.
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on the Website. You place your order for Items from the Website by clicking on the Checkout Securely button at the end of the online order process.
Once orders are placed, you will be providede with an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, including an order number and the total value of your order. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Jade Jakarta. Your order will be processed according to stock availability.
We may not accept your order if (i) an item you have ordered is out of stock, (ii) if your card is due to expire within 28 days of your purchase date (iii) we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or (iv) if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
We will try to keep our Website as up to date as reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee that any particular Item will always be available. If we can't supply any Item we will release the funds being held in your account for the purchase.
