  • Minimum Bachelor Degree S1 Interior Design/Fashion Design/Arts or similar
  • Have creative ideas and concepts
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within the luxury retail sector
  • Strong sense of design, styling, and spatial planning
  • Excellent knowledge of current fashion and lifestyle trends

Responsibility :

  • Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and showcase premium products
  • Plan and execute window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations in line with seasonal themes and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with buying, marketing, and store teams to ensure cohesive product storytelling
  • Monitor and maintain visual standards across all boutique locations
  • Analyze product sell-through and adapt displays to optimize customer engagement and conversion
  • Provide training and guidance to store teams on visual merchandising principles
  • Oversee installation of promotional materials and in-store events
  • Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activities
Live Host & Content Creator (TikTok & Instagram)

Responsibility:

  • Host TikTok Live and Instagram Live selling sessions daily
  • Present product features, styling tips, and pricing during live sessions
  • Interact with viewers, answer questions, and drive sales
  • Maintain high energy and professionalism on camera
  • Work with creative/content team to plan live topics and scripts
  • Participate in content creation (Reels, TikTok videos, stories)
  • Model or try on clothing on camera as part of the role
  • Follow brand guidelines and live schedule targets
  • Stay updated with trends to make content engaging
  • Collaborate with stylist, photographer, and marketing team

 

Requirements :

  • Preferably max 25 years old
  • S1/Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong hosting / public speaking skills (MUST)
  • Comfortable on camera (live or recorded)
  • Experience in TikTok Live / IG Live / MC / Presenter is a big plus
  • Fresh graduates welcome if confident & talented
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)
  • Outgoing, energetic, engaging personality
  • Able to think and speak quickly during live sessions
  • Passion for fashion and content creation
  • Familiar with TikTok & Instagram trends
  • Willing to work on flexible hours (including evenings/weekends if needed)

  2. Handling all discounts, price changes, and customer returns accordingly.

  4. Assisting customers in locating requested store products.

She will be responsible for sales target as well as maintain store cleanliness, tidiness all the time and ensure merchandising and store standard to achieve company's objective(s).
